Call for Papers!
CanMUG is now accepting end-user presentation proposals for our next in-person meeting in Toronto June 4-5, 2026 at the Westin Toronto Airport Hotel.
The Maximo user community wants to hear from you! Speaking in person at CanMUG helps foster a community of users. We love hearing from other end-users and their experiences. Your story will be interesting to others, so please consider presenting at the meeting. Longer or shorter, we can create the day's schedule around the length of presentations.

Submit your abstract: email your proposal to steeringcommittee@canmug.org. Include the proposal title and content, the speaker's name, company, and contact information. End-user chosen speakers receive a free pass to Day 1 of the conference!
Vendors: Maximo Vendors submitting an abstract must include their End-User's full information as the key presenter. All presentations are End-User lead for CanMUG.
Venue: Westin Toronto Airport Hotel
June 4 Presentations and Networking: Day 1 features presentations from IBM and end- users on Maximo. After the presentations a Sponsor reception is held with drinks & appetizers, providing the opportunity to connect with fellow end-users and professionals.
June 5 End-User Maximo Training by Sponsors: Day 2 provides hands on workshops specific to Maximo end-users at an additional cost.
