  Call for End-User Presentation Papers!

  CanMUG is now accepting end-user presentation proposals for our next in-person meeting in Toronto June 4-5, 2026  at the Westin Toronto Airport Hotel.

  End-User Maximo presentations are the heart of CanMUG. The Maximo user community wants to hear from you!  We love hearing from other end-users and their experiences. Your story will be interesting to others, and speaking in person at CanMUG fosters a community of users.  Longer or shorter, we can create the day's schedule around the length of presentations.

  Popularly requested topics for the upcoming conference include:

  MAS Success Stories / Lessons Learned
  Maximo Mobile Implementations
  Multi-Site Setup in Maximo
  Supply chain Maximo Implementations / Integrations
  Maximo Scheduler
  Maximo HSE
  Maximo Implementation Best Practices

  Submit your abstract by March 26: email your proposal to steeringcommittee@canmug.org. Include the proposal title and content, the speaker's name, company, and contact information. End-user chosen speakers receive a free pass to Day 1 of the conference!

  Vendors: Maximo Vendors submitting an abstract for Day 1 presentations must include their End-User's full information as the key presenter.  All presentations are End-User lead for CanMUG.

  June 4 Presentations and Networking: Day 1 features presentations from IBM and end- users on Maximo. After the presentations a Sponsor reception is held with drinks & appetizers, providing the opportunity to connect with fellow end-users and professionals.

  June 5 End-User Maximo Training by Sponsors: Day 2 provides hands on workshops specific to Maximo end-users at an additional cost taught by Sponsors of CanMUG. Sponsors submit training abstracts to steeringcommittee@canmug.org before March 26.
